Rates and Reservations
Summer and Winter Rates (June thru September, December thru March)
$110 per night--weeknights, $140 per night--weekends and holidays
Fall and Spring Rates (April thru May, October thru November)
$110 per night--weeknights, $125 per night--weekends and holidays
Rates do not include tax of 9.7 percent.
A 2-night minimum stay is required. A $250 refundable security deposit is required at reservation, and full payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival. Rates are based on occupancy of 6 people. Additional guests (up to the maximum occupancy of 8) will be charged $15 per person per night. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards; checks/money orders only.
Cancellation Policy: In the event you cancel your reservation 60 days or more before your arrival we will refund $150 of your deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days prior to your arrival you forfeit the entire deposit. If we book the days you cancel we will refund $150 of your deposit.
