Amenities and Policies
Amenities:
• 1,800 sq ft living space, 240 sq ft deck
• Wood burning stove
• Sleeps 6 to 8 in 3 bedrooms (2 queens, 1 full) and loft (futon full)
• 2 bathrooms
• Full kitchen (microwave, oven, cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, silverware)
• Washer and dryer
• Towels and linens provided
• DVD and VCR with some videos (no TV)
• Stereo w/CD player with some CDs
Policies:
• No Smoking in the house. Evidence of smoking will cost an additional $300 cleaning fee to be charged to your credit card.
• No pets allowed in the house
• Person renting the cabin must be 25 years of age. No teenagers are allowed to be alone in the cabin at any time.
• Maximum occupancy is 8 people.
• Check in time is 4pm; checkout time is 11 am.
• A refundable $250 security deposit is required. Security deposit will pay for additional cleaning or damage repair, if necessary.
• No cleaning services are provided during your stay.
• There is a one time cleaning fee of $60 per stay.
• Directions and keybox code will be sent one week prior to your arrival. Return the key to the keybox upon departure. There is a $25 lost key charge.
• Please respect our neighbors’ property and peace; keep noise down after 10pm.
